As an AI, I do not have access to personal information about individuals unless it has been shared with me in the course of our conversation. Therefore, I cannot definitively say whether Bob loves Clarissa Franklin. Love is a complex and personal emotion that can only be truly known by the individuals involved. **

Rosalind Franklin was a British biophysicist and X-ray crystallographer who made significant contributions to the understanding of the molecular structures of DNA, RNA, viruses, coal, and graphite. She is best known for her work on the X-ray diffraction images of DNA, which played a crucial role in the discovery of the double helix structure of DNA by James Watson and Francis Crick. Despite her groundbreaking work, Franklin did not receive the recognition she deserved during her lifetime, and her contributions were often overshadowed by her male colleagues. Franklin's work has since been acknowledged and she is now celebrated for her important contributions to the field of molecular biology. **

Additionally, his New Deal policies faced criticism for expanding the federal government's power and potentially infringing on states' rights. Some also argue that his attempt to pack the Supreme Court in 1937 was a controversial and politically motivated move that threatened the balance of powers in the government. **
